Vendor Fees
• Early bird rate: $150 per market date
• Vendor fees increase to $165 per market date starting 45 days prior to each market
The White Rock Circular Fashion Market (WRCFM) is a community-first, open-air market celebrating sustainable fashion, circular economy practices, vintage and secondhand clothing, upcycled goods, and local creative businesses.
The 2026 season will run as a six-date summer series at Miramar Village Plaza in White Rock, featuring curated vendors, live music, and strong local foot traffic. Markets take place bi-weekly on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with vendor setup beginning at 10:00 AM.

Food and beverage vendors must hold all required permits, including Fraser Health approval where applicable, and are responsible for meeting all municipal and provincial health requirements. We only allow two food trucks per event, so please reach out in advance so we can confirm space and ensure there is no overlap of certain food or drink offerings. Note that this requirement does not apply to food or beverage vendors operating within a standard 10 × 10 vendor space.
Vendor Details
• Vendor spaces are 10’ × 10’
• This is a curated market, with priority given to vintage, circular fashion, slow fashion, and upcycled goods
• Spots will not be held and vendors are accepted on a first come, first served basis
• Acceptance is confirmed only upon completed registration and payment
Important Information
• Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled due to weather or extenuating circumstances
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Vendors must supply their own tent, weights, tables, and display materials
• Power is limited; battery-powered solutions are recommended
