Food trucks and beverage vendors are allowed, but space is limited. Please email us before signing up.
Food and beverage vendors must hold required permits, including Fraser Health approval where applicable.
Vendor Perks
Tacofino has joined as our Premier Sponsor for the 2026 season and will be providing vendor meals during the market dates.
Vendor Rules
Vendor spots are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Each registration is valid for one market date only.
Vendors are welcome to sign up for multiple market dates.
No sharing of vendor spaces is permitted.
No early setup. Vendors may begin setup at 10:00 AM only.
Vendors must remain set up for full market hours from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Vendors must bring their own tables, racks, tents, weights, and any other setup materials.
Event runs rain or shine.
Vendor fees are non refundable unless the event is cancelled.
Vendor Communication
Vendors will receive an email approximately one week before each market date outlining FAQs, setup details, safety information, and other important event information.
This email will include load in instructions, parking guidance, and answers to common questions to help ensure a smooth setup.
